How many flowers do i have when all but 2 are dandelions, all but 2 are roses, and all but two are pansies?

That is an improperly phrased question and, as such, has no correct answer.

How many flowers do i have when all but 2 are dandelions, all but 2 are roses, and all but two are pansies?
Three my dear. *Smirk*
Reply:You have one of each

1 danderlion

1 rose

1 pansy

So take away the rose and pansy (20 and all that's left is a dandelion.) Same process for the others. Problem is you said all but (whichever flower) ARE instead of IS.
Reply:I believe 3 is the answer you are looking for, however dandelions are not flowers, they are weeds. So, the correct answer would be 2.
Reply:Are you doing homework?
Reply:You have three flowers, then!
