Question for someone who knows alot about bulbs......?

I live in North Tx, Ft Worth.

I planted my bulbs last fall and noticed this morning that they/some are starting to come up; in the bed also pansies and kale. I planted the bulbs (some of them) under the winter pansies and kale. should I now dig up the pansies and kale? Or will the bulb flowers emerge anyway? Or can they not grow thru the other plants? or maybe slow down or stunt their growth? What to do? Help please.

bulbs will push their way through most things watch and enjoy
Reply:They should be OK. Here in Ohio, we plant tulip bulbs, then plant crocus on top of them, as the crocus blooms earlier. The tulips do fine, so yours should be ok, I would expect. I don't think we will be seeing our bulbs for awhile, here, we have too much snow right now. Could you get out and blow a little spring up our way, instead of all of the storms??
Reply:No problem. Many people plant annuals over bulbs because as the bulbs die off, they can look shabby so the annuals tend to make the garden look nicer.
Reply:I agree they should be fine-unless the squirrels get them!
Reply:I agree with Joan. The bulbs should be fine. They will give you spring color, the kale and pansies will give you fall color.
