How often should I water pansies I just planted?

If the soil is unprotected without mulch I would water them every 3-4 days. It helps them to stand Strong and not searching for water. I do that for mine and they are lovely with the brilliant sun we are experiencing in the northeast

it depends on your climate and soil conditions every plant has to be watered and some take more than others you need to at first see the conditions your pansies are in is it good draining soil or does it hold water are they getting so much sun where the soil is constantly drying out first survey these conditions and then you will be able to tell ask your self are they well established plants or are they from seed and just babies all these are things to consider before watering
Reply:It really depends on the temperatures where you are. If it's cooler, you might want to water once a week. If it's a warmer climate, like mine, I tend to water every two or three days.
Reply:Depends on position, but they prefer cool and moist at this time of year.Light soil, draining quite fast
