Will jojoba shampoo help increase the rate of my hair growth?
Nothing topical is going to increase the rate of hair growth. You need to begin with the inside first. Toxins and stress are released mainly through our hair and nails first. So if you are stressed out your hair and nails will get signs. Take a good daily vitamin. Be sure to deep condition hair atleast weekly. Try not to do to much stress to the hair. Like blow drying, flat ironing. Washing your hair daily is also not good. It strips hair of the natural oils it needs to be stronger. So even washing every other day does wonders for your hair. I am not sure how you wear your hair but if you can refrain from using to many products it will help to. Remember a lot of the time we don't think our hair is growing. But it is, it is just that it is breaking off too. Everytime you brush your hair you are breaking some of it off. Use a good shampoo, preferrably one sulfate free. and a good conditioner. Professional product are best. Kerastase is great! Try it you will love it.
