Does Humidity Affect The Growth Of Plants, And If So, In What Way?
As humidity decreases, more water is transpired from the leaves. If more water is transpired than the plant is taking up and translocating, the stomata will begin to close. The plant is losing less water, but it is also taking in less carbon dioxide through the stomata. This means less carbon dioxide for photosynthesis, which means a reduced production of carbohydrates and decreased plant growth.

High humidity can lead to disease problems.
Reply:yes the humidity affect the plants.growth of plants depend upon the humidity content because there are some nitrogen fixing bacterias like azotobactor who takes the water vapours %26amp; the nitrogen to make food for plant.
Reply:Wet and warm - good, but grey mould can be a problem

Wet and cold - they can rot

Pansies prefer cool and damp, with a bit of shade.
