Where can I get a set of dishes that.......?

Is...personlized. Like I can get them custom made with what ever pattern I want on them? I wanted to get a set of pansy dishes for a friend for her hope chest. Or maybe there is another option......I googled pansy dishes and such and have not been able to fins anything.
