I have a bunny, and I don't know what not to feed her. I feed her apple, peach, lettuce and parsley, sometimes even corn. She usally eats pansies, chives and bazil too. I don't know what not to feed her. I don't want her to get sick!!

Reply:Toxic plants for bunnies are rhubarb leaves, poinsettias, oleander, holly, and redwood. Some fruit woods that are not dry such as cherry, peach, apricot, and plum are also toxic. Dry all woods before giving them to your bunny.
Reply:just a tip...do NOT feed it chocolate. Rabbits can die after eating chocolate...something with their heart i think.
Reply:You can go to this site:

Reply:Just stay away from giving her candy. My first pet was a rabbit when I was four and I made that mistake.
Reply:feed her bunny food its the best 4 bunnys go to a pet store to get it
Reply:Corn and [Iceburg] Lettuce is not good for them. Don't feed anymore of those, they can cause problems. Basil and Parsley is a useful herb, so give it to her too. Eliminate fruit or veggies if it causes diarrhea. Apple and Peach is high in sugar so only give bite sized pieces 3 times a week. If that is her daily diet, then that is a real big problem; go here for feeding advices: http://www.freewebs.com/amazingdwarfs/di... Feel free to use feeding amount and recipes for them. Assume that others are not safe to feed. The list is compiled of safe veggies and fruits, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's always healthy.
Give organic foods, by the way. The list is messed up but please bear with it.

PS: To everyone that gave a thumbs down to the girl who said Chocolate, she meant that's bad for them. Read the question: "What can't bunnies eat?"
Reply:try to give her carrots, cat palm leaves
Reply:Yes, my bunny is picky with fruit and veggies too! But try giving her rabbit food though, too much veggies can give a bunny diarreah
Reply:vegetables, fruits, and rabbit pellets
Reply:They aren't very big on Big Macs. Seriously though, they make rabbit pellets which you can get at any pet shop that will give her a balanced diet
Reply:They need green leaf lettuce like Romaine, not iceberg. They can have parsley, cilantro, radicchio, endive, and others. No cabbage, kale, or spinach as they have. Rabbits need hay and timothy pellets. Corn is OK if it is dry. Don't give her too many fruits as they contain sugar. Also, limit the amount of calcium she gets. Too much calcium can cause stones.
Reply:everything your feeding her now is fine, just make sure that the lettuce is not iceburg
Reply:YOu should go to a place where they sell pet supplies or food like Petco and ask a profanssional
Reply:Try chicken salad or a turkey sandwich.
