we have a trillion dollar arsinal of weapons we are scared to use to achieve final peace and we are sitting on them .ASK what the generals wanted in korea and tell me that this would not of changed the world .WHAT did they want in vietnam and we wimped out again now we are in the middle east supporting a conventional war. WHAT is conventional about war .I remember an episode of star treck where computers tallied up the dead in a simulated attack and casualty's reported for termination like it was all part of everyday life .CAPTIAN KIRK ended that . WE need to put the fear of god in these people and nuke them .WAR is not fair or kind or the means to peace but it is the final solution for a time and temporary peace .I am tired of watching the news everyday and seeing the slow and total destruction of the way of life for so many people .THE middle east is like a cancer and it needs to be cut out or given chemotherapy in the form of some nukes.

People are too frickin worried about being politically correct these days. We're losing our strong hold as a super power because of the fact that wimpy liberals are making it almost impossible to wage a REAL war anymore. Wars have been fought since the beginning of man and people have to understand that there can be no peace without war. But you can't tell that to a modern day wannabe hippy.





And I love how the guy above me is only thinking about the war right now. We need subs because of future problems. Does he honestly think submarines are built overnight? What if we did become involved in a conflict that included a country that had easy access to an ocean. What would we do then. DERRRR.. Guess libs don't plan ahead.

If america uses its stockpile of mass weapons of destructions, the rest of the world, even those as tranquil as new zealand will sit up in fear that america will use it for resolving any diplomatic impasse. This in turn will lead to an arms race.

An arms race is more real than u can possibly imagine because there are many other countries with nuclear weapons, be it China, North Korea, Britain or India, etc.

Even if everyone has faith in america, how is america going to explain itself, if north korea decides to nuke portugal just b4 itself got nuked?

That is why, although we have weapons of mass destruction, we don't use it directly, only as a back up force to keep other countries with more to lose in line.
